Kevin M Sattele, MD
Dr. Sattele grew up in Myrtle Beach, SC graduating from Socastee High School in 1982. After spending 4 years in the United States Air Force as a Medical Laboratory Specialist, he attended Francis Marion University in Florence, SC graduating with a biology and chemistry degree in 1990. He received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina, School of Medicine in Columbia, SC in 1995. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, SC from 1995 – 1998, serving as Chief Resident in 1998.
He is licensed in the state of South Carolina to practice Medicine and Surgery. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing medicine in Florence, SC since 1998. He has additional training in wound and skin care and was a practicing physician at the Wound Care Center for Carolinas Hospital System in Florence from 1998 - 2009. He was Medical Director for the Transitional Care Unit rehabilitation facility for Carolinas Hospital System from 2001 - 2007.
He has had extensive training in surgical and non-surgical cosmetics and has been practicing minimally invasive and non-surgical cosmetics since 2005. He left his medical practice in 2007 to focus solely on cosmetics and weight loss.

“We would like to welcome Becky Harlan, MSN, FNPto our practice. Becky has been in Florence for 31 years and is married to Dr. Joe Harlan (neonatologist). Together they have 4 grown children. She has been employed with Pee Dee Internal Medicine for the past 20 years and finished nurse practitioner training in 2000 through MUSC. She has been seeing internal medicine and rheumatology patients for the past 11 years. I have known Becky since 2000 when I joined Pee Dee Internal Medicine.
